About GateARide

GateARide is a private airport transfer service in Vietnam. You book your ride online, pay a fixed price in advance, and your driver waits at arrivals with a sign that has your name on it.

Book your transfer

GateARide is run by DAPU WAYS Company Limited, a company registered in Da Nang, Vietnam.

What we do

We do one thing: rides between the airport and your hotel. Every booking is a private car for you and your group, not a shared shuttle, and you book it at least one day ahead.

When you land, your driver follows your flight and waits at the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name. When you fly out, your driver picks you up in your hotel lobby at the time you chose.

Where we drive

We add an airport only once we have a contract with a local transport company there. That's why some are still marked coming soon.

How we work

GateARide is a booking service. We set the prices, take your booking and payment, and pass your ride to the local transport company we work with at that airport. The car and the driver come from them. You can read the details in our Terms of Use.

What you can count on

  • A fixed price. The price you see when you book is the price you pay, for the whole car. A night surcharge, where it applies, is already part of that price.
  • A driver who waits. For arrivals, your driver follows your flight and waits up to 60 minutes after you land.
  • A clear refund rule. Cancel 72 hours or more before pickup and you get back 95% of what you paid. Later cancellations get less, and within 24 hours of pickup there is no refund. See our Refund Policy.
  • Card payment through OnePay. You pay on OnePay's payment page. Your card details go to OnePay, not to us.
  • The right car for your group. Economy Sedan for up to 4 people, Comfort SUV for up to 6, Family Van for up to 16. The form picks the right car based on the number of passengers and bags.
  • Booking in your language. The booking form works in English, Hebrew, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Korean, Japanese and Traditional Chinese.
