Da Nang Airport Transfer to Your Hotel

Da Nang Airport is right inside the city. Most hotels, from the riverside center to My Khe Beach, are a 15 to 25 minute drive away. A GateARide car costs from 145,000 VND, one price for everyone on board, and your driver stands outside arrivals with a sign that has your name on it.

Arriving at Da Nang Airport

Domestic flights land at Terminal 1 (T1) and international flights at Terminal 2 (T2). Both terminals are part of the same airport complex. Once you have your bags, walk out of the arrivals hall and look for your driver holding a name sign outside your terminal.

Add your flight number to the booking. Your driver checks the actual landing time, so an early or late flight is not a problem.

Not in the price: unplanned stops, extra waiting time, and tips. We do not provide child seats.

Night rate: pickups from 9 PM to 5 AM carry a 20% night rate, and it's already in the price you see.

Honestly, for two people with backpacks landing in the afternoon, a Grab from Da Nang Airport is cheap and easy. We're the better pick when you're traveling with children, need a seven-seater or a van, land after midnight, or just want a driver who's there before you are.

From your hotel to Da Nang Airport

The airport is close, but don't cut it fine.

Leave your hotel 2.5 hours before a domestic flight and 3.5 hours before an international one.
Come down to the lobby at the pickup time. Your driver will wait for 15 minutes.

I land after midnight. Is that a problem?

No. Your driver tracks your flight and waits for you. Pickups between 9 PM and 5 AM have a 20% night rate, shown before you pay.

Can I book a ride for today?

You can book online for tomorrow or later. Need a car today? Contact us and we'll check if a driver is free.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 72 hours or more before the pickup time and you get back 95% of what you paid. Later cancellations get less, and within 24 hours of pickup there's no refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
