Meeting your driver at Noi Bai

Noi Bai has two terminals in separate buildings, about 850 meters apart. Terminal 1 (T1) is for domestic flights and Terminal 2 (T2) is for international flights. Your driver waits at the arrivals exit of the terminal you land at, with a sign showing your name.

Share your flight number when you book. We follow your flight, so a delay doesn't cost you your ride.
You have up to 60 minutes after landing to reach your driver.
Immigration at T2 can be slow at busy times. If you need longer, contact us and we'll arrange extra waiting time.

Avoiding taxi scams at Noi Bai

Most taxis at Noi Bai are honest, but the airport is known for a few tricks aimed at new arrivals:

Look-alike taxis with the company name spelled slightly wrong, and meters that run too fast.
Drivers who ask for extra money for "tolls" that are already part of the fare.
People inside the arrivals hall offering you a ride. Official taxis and app drivers wait outside.

From the Old Quarter to Noi Bai Airport

The ride to the airport costs a little less: from 280,000 VND for a sedan, 305,000 VND for an SUV and 650,000 VND for a van.

Choose a pickup time 3 hours before a domestic flight (T1), or 4 hours before an international flight (T2). The drive takes 45 to 60 minutes, more at rush hour.
Be in your hotel lobby at the pickup time. Your driver waits up to 15 minutes.
