Short answers to what travelers ask us most.
Is the price per car or per person?
Per car. One price covers your whole group and your bags, up to the limit of the car. It includes the driver, fuel and airport tolls.
Which car do I need?
Economy Sedan: up to 4 passengers and 2 big bags. Comfort SUV: up to 6 passengers and 4 big bags. Family Van: up to 16 passengers and 10 big bags.
Is there an extra charge at night?
Yes, late pickups have a night rate. It is already included in the price you see before you pay.
What if my flight is late?
Add your flight number when you book. We track your flight and your driver follows the new landing time. If your flight is more than 3 hours late, please contact us.
How long will my driver wait?
Up to 60 minutes after your flight lands. Need more time, for example for a long immigration line? Contact us and ask for extra waiting time.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel 72 hours or more before pickup and you get back 95% of what you paid. Later cancellations get less, and within 24 hours of pickup there is no refund. See our Refund Policy.
How do I pay?
You pay the full price online when you book. You do not pay the driver.
